Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with no signs of use.


You are responsible for shipping the item back to us to the address on the original packing slip. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after it is delivered and additional 30 days for it to appear on your statement. We recommend using a shipping service that will assign a tracking number.


Sale items and made to order or limited edition items are final sale.


You are responsible for making sure your address is entered correctly including full name and address. If an order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, your order will be refunded less a 25% re-stocking fee and the cost of the original label.


For international shipments, export requires your full name and address with only alphanumeric characters. If your order does not pass export clearance for these reasons, your order will be refunded minus a 25% re-stocking fee and the cost of the original label.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception within 7 days of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, made to order items, limited edition items digital items or gift cards.

Other types of items cannot be returned, include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
